Watermelon,The Thirst Quencher

This melon is more than a summer thirst quencher. It's also a great source of lycopene, an antioxidant that may protect against certain cancers. Plus, it's rich in citrulline, an amino acid that relaxes and dilates the blood vessels (kind of like Viagra!), which could increase blood flow to your brain and throughout the body.

So now that you can get good benefits out of eating watermelon,I ask you, would you stop eating it? Not it's only a good thirst quencher but is beneficial to our health as well.
