I am getting pissed as I only have very low tolerance for crying babies(don't get me wrong,my baby is such a good baby,we only fight during sleeping time,she gives me a hard time for that) when I am sleepy.I gave her milk,put her beside me in our bed but she kept getting up and crawl.
I finally put her back in the crib,at first she had fun playing then moments later,she started crying and crying and crying.I was there listening to her the whole time she cried.I was pretending I did not hear her until her dad returned from grocery shopping and she was still crying...oh boy! Who cares? I just ignored her until she cried her heart out!
Now,she is quietly sleeping and I hope she'll slumber longer so I can take a break of her.SIGH!

Don't beat yourself about it. From time to time we get annoyed, and it's best to leave them in their cot. That way, they're safe while you try to cool down. I do the same, and trust me, they'll soon learn to sleep on their own. You're a good mom. Leaving a child to cry for a while doesn't make you bad! :)
