I never appreciate having dogs in our house. When I was still in my own country we used to have 5 dogs and I just didn't care at all. When I arrived in America I learned how to value the presence of a dog in the house and admire how Americans treat their pets as one of them. My husband had his Giza for a long time but he never had the chance to show her love for he is always busy with work until it was too late to realize that his dog is dying and he only spent time for a while with her.

She died of cancer last November and it truly hurt me so bad losing such a sweet dog like her.Giza was once a very sweet and well-behaved dog of ours. This is my husband bathing her.You can see how careful he is handling the dog as if she is so fragile.MISSING YOU GIZA GIRL!

That was a very touching tribute to your furry friend. I am sure Giza loved you a lot. Are you a collector of sea shells? I noticed that you have a little shell border graphic on your post. If you love shells, you should come across the Gulf of Mexico to southwest Florida and check out Sanibel Island! Thanks for visiting my page today.

I'm not a dog fan myself. Still have a scar from the dog that bit my hand. My sister has scars on her face from the dog that attacked her when she was just 4. I like cats.
Oh, so sorry about your dog, but it looks like great memories.
The flowers on the post you saw are lilacs. They are in great abundant here in NH (I think our state flower.)
Thanks for stopping by!

So sorry about your Giza. I have a toy poodle. She is 15 years old and showing many signs of aging. It will break my heart to lose her.
Thanks for the visit.
We have fur kids, no people kids yet, just a very spoiled furry child. His name is Riley and he thinks he is a person. Complete with opening doors to go outside, sleeping on a pillow and poking you to wake up (he's a cat).
I understand the pain of the loss, we experienced that a few years ago, before we got Riley. It's a pain nothing can fill, but the memories are golden.
Cheers,
Dianne
I'm sorry she passed away but glad you have wonderful memories with her. Washing dogs is always such an awkward spectacle. :)
Oh such a sweet tribute, I have a dog that I had for 19 years, it's been over 10 years since she passed away but I still have dreams about her. Weird, really.
Happy Wednesday!
Oh this is so sweet and touching. It is good to keep remembering her.
I am so sorry for your loss. Giza was beautiful.
Sorry about your loss! She looked like such a nice dog.
Sorry for your loss, she looked like a good doggie. It's funny how quickly pets become members of the family.
